ICANN is now requiring all Resellers to comply with the ICANN 2013 Registrar agreement.
Unfortunately ICANN will not permit Resellers to resell the new gTLD’s including .joburg, .capetown, .durban & .africa and hundreds more coming this year unless the Reseller complies with the new agreement.
In essence the new agreement protects the owner of the domain in that the Reseller must register the domain in the name of the owner and not in the Resellers name plus a few other legal bits.
Its easy, you will be signing a digital copy (does not take long), once you have signed you will see a huge amount of new domains and some at greatly reduced pricing like .org, .info, .mobi, .biz and many more
PLUS when .joburg, .capetown, .durban & .africa are launched these will immediately be available for you to sell
